Torch White Sage

California White Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among indigenous North American people. Used in ritual, ceremonies or just for cleansing.White Sage has been used in ceremonies to seek blessings of health and prosperity, release spirits, encourage protection. Sage can amplify any clearing and protective techniques that you are already using. 

Burning sage is used to ward off negativity, toxicity and clearing the slate for more positivity to enter your space.

Aside from the metaphysical uses of smudging, research is showing that sage can also be used to benefit physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Before you ignite it, hold your smudge stick in your hand + close your eyes. Set your intentions in your mind. You can say your thoughts + wishes out loud or silently to your self.

Then, hold the end of the smudge stick over your flame, at an angle for 20-30 seconds. Gently blow out your flame + then allow the smoke to waft around your environment, don't forget corners and underneath furniture as this is where lots of stale energy stagnates. You can use the stick itself to guide the smoke or you can use a smudging feather.
